Photo and Video Requests

Requests for photos to be taken during the regular weekday schedule – Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – should be made at least 5 business days in advance. Requests for evening and weekend services should be made at least 7 business days in advance.

Note: We do not provide video recording for events. The video services we provide are limited to producing short videos for use to promote a club, activity, event, program, etc.

Note: Submitting a request does not guarantee that a photographer will be able to be assigned to the event. If a photographer is assigned we can we can only guarantee up to one hour of photography per event.

College Communications retains the rights to all photography and may use these photos in all printed and digital outlets including Haverford College's social media accounts, website, alumni magazine.
