**User Experience and Interface Design (Mike Zarafonetis, Haverford Libraries)
Lutnick 232 (Digital Scholarship Classroom)
Learn principles of user-centered design and accessibility to create applications and websites that are simple, useful, and accessible to everyone. This workshop will include wireframing and prototyping exercises, but you do not need to have a project idea yet.

Digital Scholarship Assistants extraordinaire Emily and Conor will be guiding you through the basics of HTML and CSS in an hour-long workshop. Mike has shown you how to visually design a website, we'll be showing you how to turn your dreams into reality! We'll begin with some simple starter code and have exercises for you to practice adding colors, buttons, and other features to your site.
